My DIY hand scrub

Fall is here ladies and gentlemen and I have a feeling that winter is already waiting in line. So it's time for boots, scarfs and your favorite knit pieces. But it's also time to take care of your skin and pamper it with lots of moisture and a bit of exfoliation. My hands tend to be dry around this time of the year and you know how nasty hands look with dry patches and flakes hanging around. So once a week I throw a little bit of olive oil (for moisture) and lemon juice (to help with discoloration and staining caused by red nail polish) in a bowl, add two tea spoons of sugar or salt (the exfoliating ingredient) and some hand soap or shower gel (not necessary, but I like it for scent) put this DIY  scrub on my hands and massage them with this mixture. Rinse with water, put on a hand mask over night and receive lots of "whooa your hands are so soft"- compliments the next day.

All you need for a DIY hand scrub: olive oil, lemon, hand soap and sugar
